Toms Kitchen, St.Katharine Docks, 1 Commodity Key, London

Project Description

Set in newly developed Commodity Quay, just moments away from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, this 130-seater restaurant will overlook the luxury yachts in Central London’s only marina. This will be the fifth venue for the modern British brasserie which currently has three locations across the Capital and opened its first international flagship in Istanbul in November 2013.

True to the Tom’s Kitchen ethos, the restaurant will use the very best seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible.

The finest craftsmen have been sought to create design features including exposed ceilings and loose seating along a glass façade that opens up to a unique waterfront area.

An eight metre high, tiled column is a focal point of the restaurant area and there will also be a floating pontoon on the marina opening later this year.

Areas Tiled

Approximately 600m2 of floor and wall tiling to toilet areas, feature column walls, kitchen splashbacks, staff shower areas and restaurant floor.
