George’s Tradition – Fish & Chip Kitchen, Queen Street, Nottingham

Project Details

We were delighted to have won the order for tiling works at George’s Tradition, the new Nottingham city centre Fish & Chip kitchen complete with gin bar.

The upmarket eatery will serve fresh fish, home cooked pies, baby squid.

Other dishes on offer will include fish chowder in a sour dough bread bowl, mushy pea fritters in wasabi batter and seaside favourites such as candy floss and freshly made doughnuts.

Andrew Constantinou and co-director Nick Hogan have spent a lot of time ensuring the venue will evoke a fun and vibrant atmosphere.

Andrew comments: “The seaside, British produce, classic British music and a homage to the warm eccentricity of our national personality will be incorporated into every element of what our customers will experience.

It’s really important for us that we get the right people on board to help us deliver this”

Delivering the high quality finish as standard- The Great Northern Tiling Company were happy to oblige.
